Facebook and Apple will fail as rapidly as AOL and MySpace did because they will not learn and make the same fatal error. They are fixated on a global dominance meme vs. helping people get what they want. That never wins for the long term.

Update Two, ZDNet's Emil Protalinski posted last year that FB arbitrarily launched an up to 1-month block for posts mis-identified as SPAM. They refused comment on this policy and their false attack on Rima Regas. http://www.zdnet.com/...

UPDATED: Numerous anti-NHS cuts activists here in the UK were similarly blocked this weekend. The Facebook system blocks any URLs, posting from @Hootsuite scheduler, Page Likes and/or posting on pages. And because I am raising this issue, when the ban in the photo expired today? They added four more days so I am now banned until Thursday at 11:35 am..

Retired NSA Analyst Michael Duniho’s work was the subject of Part One. Overnight he finished a detailed essay and further testing. His focus and detailed charts are from Pima County, Arizona where he resides.

This remains a developing story. We just received additional information from Francois Choquette and are examining the need for a Part Three.

Our website has been under constant, consistent and repeated attack for Part One in this series. We encourage readers to download the spreadsheet there, acquire data from their own elections board and run these same analyses and report back. If we’re wrong, we’ll admit it. So far, it’s all been spot on. Someone is doing their damnedest to make sure your vote is manipulated.

When you publish something like this story, the other side does its best to completely dismiss and discredit it. Charley and I spent hours and I a sleepless night making sure we got this right.

My publication, Uk Progressive Magazine, is known for a commitment to depth. We are told time and again that we are where people come to get a more complete story. So it is our pleasure to reproduce in full the essay Michael wrote detailing his work. Yes it is partly to silence the comment trolls living in denial and we have a responsibility to our readers to go beyond the original 1,600 words.

Our readers also hold our feet to the fire and when two sections were found to be confusing, we updated the article to make sure it was clearer. For this commitment on your part to make sure we get it right, our gratitude knows no bounds. -DGC

Note: Since Kos does not allow graphics, we have placed links to each graph listed as Chart 1, Chart 2, etc. Alas they do go to our website which is still VERY slow and under a DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) from multiple computers around the globe at a rate of 3-5,000 hits per minute. Please accept our apologies and know that the graphs are worth viewing either here or directly on our website. Thank you.

Why is Mitt Romney so confident?

In states where the winner will be decided by less than 10%, of the vote he already knows he will win. This is no tinfoil hat conspiracy. It’s a maths problem. And mathematics showed changes in actual raw voting data that had no statistical correlation other than programmable computer fraud. This computer fraud resulted in votes being flipped from Democrat to Republican in every federal, senatorial, congressional and gubernatorial election since 2008 (thus far) and in the 2012 primary contests from other Republicans to Mitt Romney.

(This was originally published by the authors yesterday on UKProgressive.co.uk which is under a DDOS attack at this time to prevent this message from getting out. It is used here with permission. It was simultaneously released in this segment of The David Pakman Show. It also cross-posted on ThePoliticalCarnival.net and LA Progressive.)

CARDIFF “Rick Santorum’s ridiculous statements are thought of in The Netherlands in the same vein as those by the North Korean dictator (Kim Jong Il)” said my Dutch wife. We were watching Erik Mouthaan of Dutch rtl TV asked by Rachel Maddow about reaction in The Netherlands to Santorum’s attack on the health system and euthanasia. Many viewers were likely not surprised to see there was anger. However, they might have been shocked to see such an unwillingness to inject themselves into the US political conversation. Most think Santorum will disappear and yet others ask: is he a serious candidate and what if becomes the US President?

Misinformation, Misunderstanding & FEAR!

His or her name is “joe” and the signature headline quote above was used in a comment post as we conducted a ‘debate’ about the Siege of Camp Ashraf. “joe” is but one of many whose sole purpose is to blur the line, creating what US jurors call ‘reasonable doubt’ about the Iranian Regime. It is tactically brilliant propaganda: engage, disarm and then attack to make the reporter question his or her own sources and credibility.

We are so screwed. We simply don't get it in the USA and EU. After three weeks spent travelling around the globe, the Chinese eat our lunch while we busy ourselves in silly ideological Left vs. Right fights over control of Washington, Westminster and Brussels.

We're bloodied in the UFC Octagon and the Chinese have us slipping out of consciousness in a sleeper choke hold. We're sipping tea, having intellectually dishonest political self-preservation screaming match debates and we somehow think this is croquet on the green vs. our very survival.

Journeying Alone Together

WEST WALES – Ruth Davies is an accidental blogger. A tragic accident made her a widow at the tender age of 28 and released a river of emotion from deep within that comes out as periodic blog tributes to life with her late husband Emrys ‘Ems’ Davies. Her blog, The 7 Journey, grabs readers by the heartstrings and does not let go. Her raw, open pain clearly and poignantly expressed without a trace of self-pity, transforms and confronts the reader with their own pain and… mortality.

Social Media Influence Conference London 2010
by Denis Campbell

LONDON “Authentic voice” and “customer dialogue” were the buzzwords as 400 corporate marketing, agency creative and other “experts” gathered at the Grosvenor Sq. Marriott for a day-long social media conference in London. Many presenters though fell short of the mark, regaling the audience with a combination of “aren’t we creative” or “internal battles with finance” war stories. It was a pleasant day with many ideas and lacked the substance corporate marketing participants could bring back to their company beyond saying, “well at least we’re no worse off than everyone else.”

Even if 1/3 of the 52 LibDems flatly vote against every coalition issue or bolt for the safety of the Labour Party, the loss of those 17-18 votes means the maths still work in the favour of the Con-Lib majority. David Cameron and Nick Clegg both know this and don’t care, they’ve got the power.
