As excited and as comfortable I, finally, feel now about these elections due to the recent turns of events; I can’t help but be a bit paranoid. I can’t trust the Republican Party based on their recent past three presidential elections’ activities of voter suppressions, frauds, and misinformation.  Not to mention their shady over-handed shenanigans within the Republican-run-States around the country about Voter ID laws, or should I say, Voter Disenfranchisement laws for this coming elections.

However, what scares me the most is that many of us Obama and other liberal candidates’ supporters may feel too comfortable about these elections resulting in some of us (not me) overly optimist liberals to think that they may not need to vote, which would be an UTTER DISASTER for us and for the rest of the country!

Although, I can’t give Romney’s campaign credit for thinking this far deep down the lines, but they may not be stupid enough not to take advantage of such a scenario.

So here is my warning: Miss voting for your candidate or avoid the lines to the ballot box at your own peril.

Every time when I hear or read a commentator’s comments, specially a conservative commentator, about how Romney is losing or Obama is winning, a big RED flags goes up in my head, and I hope that everyone else who is supporting the Democratic tickets feel the same way, or at least, think about it, before deciding not to vote on the election day, which would be a travesty.

I rather see an American citizen eat shit and die, than to see him/her at home, at work or in a bar trying to come up with excuses for not to vote.

So go out and vote, and get the vote out.

May we be celebrating the 2nd inauguration of President Obama, and a stronger control of the Senate and the House.

Romney: “…by the way, if something of that nature (referring to the hostage crises) presents itself, I will work to find a way to take advantage of the opportunity.”

I kid you not, unless I heard it all wrong. You tell me, any correction and clarification would be appreciated. The audio is at times, in audible.

In the full video( Part 1)released by MoJo, at about the 2:20 mark, a $50K/plate Romney donor, to setup his question,  refers to Jimmy Carter, and the hostage situation resulting in Ronald Reagan's victory.

The $50K/plate Romney donor then asked Romney, "how can we duplicate that scenario," to which Romney, as if licking his chops (and you can hear and see his enthusiastic reaction, as such scenario would put this election in Romney’s bag), respond back to the contributor and said,

“I’m gonna ask you how to create that scenario?" As in to have a bunch of American be held hostages by some rogue nation, until American public elects Romney and to have the hostages released after his election.

The $50K/plate Romney donor then makes his suggestion about duplicating the scenario (but it is hard for me to hear with all the clicking of the dishes, any help in filling the gaps would be appreciated) but Romney thanks his donor for his suggestion.

Romney then shares his dismay that “… it is frustrating to me that on a typical day like this when I do 3 or 4 events like this, the number of foreign policy questions I get are 0-1. Romney then, rambles on about foreign policy and refers back to the hostage situation, and credit the hostage crises to bring the foreign policy topic to the forefront of the Carter/Reagan election, as if foreign policy is Romney's strong point.

However, before moving on to the next question, at about 4:20 mark, Romney said, “ the way, if something of that nature (I think he is referring to the hostage crises) present itself, I will work to find a way to take advantage of the opportunity?

So do I have it right? Are they really thinking along those lines? Will they sink that low to win this election?

Sorry if this has already been done.

Tea Party Stomping: the Sequel, coming soon to neighborhoods near you

Unfortunately, in retrospect, it seems that our reaction to Lauren Valle’s stomping at Rand Paul’s event, a bit over exaggerated, too-many-dollars short, and way-too-many-day late.

With all sympathies and applaud to Ms. Valle for her courage and activism:

Really, we are just now outraged, because some thug stomped on Ms. Valle’s head?

The Tea Party, which from now on, I will refer to as "TP."

Yes, TP as in the thin and weak sheet of paper, lacking any substance, that we use to wipe our shit with, and that is designed to decompose in our septic tanks – yes, that TP, because that is exactly what they are and where they belong.

This TP has been stomping on our American ideals, intelligence and tolerance, since the Obama’s election to the White House, which is much bigger issue than any one person.

And what’ve we been doing about it? Almost everything that amounts to nothing - zilch!

I am finally beginning to understand why so many financially strapped poor Americans, especially the white Americans (from the red states) so foolishly think that they would be better off in the hands of the Republicans or worst, rightwing nuts of the Tea Party. This is the same group that is essentially the core base of the Tea Party, and they are the core audience of the Fox News.

Even though, I am disgusted by them for their misguided and moronic support for the rightwing nuts, I am beginning to feel a bit sorry for them, for it isn’t really all their fault for how the think and/or vote. These people are suffering from a disease called Akrasia

Of all the damage that the British Petroleum has caused, and continually causing to the Gulf coast, the only just thing for the U.S. government can and should do to secure the financial responsibility to clean up the Gulf coast is to seize BP’s assets. And not just because this is BP, if it was any other oil cartel, even if based out of U.S. I would recommend the same.

The current British Petroleum fiasco is much bigger than Valdez fiasco, and the only way to ensure that the citizens of the world (Gulf coast) won’t get screwed is to seize their assets to make sure that we can compensate everyone involved, including the environment, and so that BP can’t drag this fight over the years in court.

Not to mention that there is a good chance that BP may be filing for bankruptcy soon.

He was, and he continues to be an over rated politician. He is a fraud, anti-American, a racist and the terrorist that we were warned that he was.

Obama’s first act of treason against us

Putting non-corporate-American-citizens first over the American corporate-citizens, the true and the only valid American-born-bread-raised-pure-green-blooded-citizens of these United States of America! Has he lost all of his American sensibilities? You betcha. Only a non-American born politician would dare to put the non-corporate-citizens of America on the top of the hierarchy chart over the American Corporate citizens. You still don’t think that the Birthers are on to some thing? Open your eyes people.

Want more proof of Obama’s Anit-Americanism?

I was appalled to read, The New York Times article, Afghan Women Protest New Law on Home Life, by Dexter Filkins.

The new law he is talking about? I quote:

"One provision makes it illegal for a woman to resist her husband’s sexual advances. A second provision requires a husband’s permission for a woman to work outside the home or go to school. And a third makes it illegal for a woman to refuse to "make herself up" or "dress up" if that is what her husband wants."

Shouldn’t Al-Qaeeda and Taliban consider this a victory, a victory for their fanatic views?

Thousands of lives that have been lost during the so called war on terror, would be literally lost in vain – wasted, should the new "democratic" government in Afghanistan, the U.S. and the rest of the world stand by these newly adapted oppressive laws against the basic human rights of women, in Afghanistan. If they don’t repeal these laws, it should provide a just ground for the U.S. and the allies to re-invade Afghanistan, to finally liberate all the people of Afghanistan, including the women and children, not just the war lords and thugs.

Our first priority is to just get rid of the Gitmo, period! It represents everything that is against American ideals. We weren’t supposed to be the North Korea, China and Russia of the world, where people are routinely rounded up, locked up, and keys are practically dispensed with, without any due process. This kind of behavior is quintessentially un-American. Therefore, kudos to President Obama for promising to shutdown the Gitmo, promptly and judiciously.

Of course, we have to deal with the prisoners that are currently being held their under inhumane conditions, regardless of their threat level, may they be the "worst of the worst," or not. Anyone, who is suggesting that we are just going to let them loose, must be out his or her mind, or trying to spread fear, which is exactly what the fear-mongers like Limbaugh, Hannity and O’Reilly are trying to achieve. Remember mushroom-clouds?

Following the President Obama Election, I heard much talk about how President Obama’s calm, cool and charming demeanor will suffocate the comedians by disrupting their daily fodder that was so diligently provided to them by the Bush misadministration, for our entertainment.

To be honest, I wasn’t worried about the comedians. I was worried about myself, and some of my fellow Kossacks. I was worried about my own entertainment - our entertainment. Where would we get our political humor and entertainment from, if our comedians were to starve for materials? At one point, I almost went in to a depression thinking that Daily Show is going to end its run, shortly after the inauguration, as 80 to 90 percent of its materials came directly from the Bush misadministration.

I wrote a diary on a similar issue before, but on this auspicious morning, I think it is worth discussing what George W. Bush Presidency will leave behind.

Tara Wall, a CNN contributor and a former senior adviser for the Republican National Committee, and a public affairs director in the Department of Health and Human Services during George W. Bush administration, claims that Bush will be vindicated.

However, I must disagree with her. Bush, the Lesser, will not, and shall not be vindicated. Although, I would endorse any motion for Bush, the Lesser, to be indicted and convicted of "conduct un-becoming to be the President of the United States of America"

Her arguments, as flawed as they might be:

In 2008, when most Americans were too busy to elect their first African American President, a small town in Mississippi was pontificating and finally preparing for their first integrated prom. Yes, up until 2008 Charleston High School in Mississippi held separate proms for blacks and whites. I kid you not!

But that is not the end of the story!
