Sold out on the healthcare bill, I decided to call Pelosi's office today. The second I said I was a life-long Democrat I was, without any word whatsoever, sent to voicemail.
They apparently don't want to have a dialogue with Democrats? Well, if that's the case I say we make sure she has no reason to talk with us at all. I say we pour as much cash as we can afford into a primary challenge to her, and while we're at it I say we start looking for a candidate to run against our sitting President come 2012, because "Sans Testicles" is not a nickname I want for the guy sitting in the White House.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
And I've never thanks Premiere Radio Networks, the ClearChannel arm that gives you (well, probably not you, you visit this site) Rush Limbaugh. This is a first.
More after the jump.
And I bet you feel exactly the same.
There's always an excuse, always a reason why she's right and everyone else on the planet is wrong.
Problem is, we've had seven years of that already.
Not one person that I know, family members included, that voted for HC in the California Primary wants to see her win the nomination.

First you should know that I've been putting it off. For two days. So, obviously, my misgivings over what I saw in part one has something to do with that. But there is more, and although I don't talk about it a lot, I should now.

Is this just a disgusting ploy to put a Ned Lamont link like this one on a diary?
Yes it is! But, since I contributed myself AGAIN right now, I feel I have the right.

This is the most effective response ad I have seen in my 30+ years of political engagement.

Just a quick note ... we have ALL called Sen. Specter's office today, and his voice mailbox is full.
I think we should do the same tomorrow.
Specter talks big, but then he gets nickeled and dimed by his colleagues and he backs off.
Okay, Lindsey Graham (R-NC & the Gitmo Torture Chamber)
is up to his eyeballs in it. There was certainly nothing said during hearings today on Alito that should have taken anyone aback. We all know Alito was a Concerned Alumni of Princeton member and was so proud that he put it on his resume.
So what's all this about Democrats going too far in their questioning, and poor Mrs. Alito crying and running from the room?
Well, maybe it was a setup!

So, the Ford Motor Company has decided, after a boycott threat from the American Family Association, Don Wildmon's group, to pull their advertising for their Land Rover and Jaguar brands from the gay press.
Saying it was just "a business decision," Ford may also consider ending it's history of sponsoring gay event like the gay rodeo and the many gay pride festivals and parades as well.
Come with me beyond the fold ...
What does $10,000,000 buy? If you're a member of the Brooks family of DHB Industries, who sells bulletproof vests to our Army and Marine Corps, it can buy a big party for daughter Elizabeth's Bat Mitzvah.
Gross enough, spending "ten large" on a kid's party. But even more disgusting is where the money came from.
Travel beyond the fold with me, please.
Below the fold you will find a copy of the lovely email I received today from Ed Bacon, the current rector at All Saints Church
in Pasadena, CA that has drawn the ire of the Bush Administration and the IRS for their opposition to the Iraq War and a sermon given by their former rector before the 2004 election.
You'll find all the contact info for their legal defense fund beyond the fold.
goes to Abu Ghraib this past August, not because Ken Tomlinson
has sent them there as punishment for telling the truth, but to get to the bottom of the Bush Administration's torture scandal at Gitmo and Abu Ghraib.
I can not make this any more clear: This program is a must see! And, thanks to donations to PBS by me and hopefully you, too, if it doesn't run in your market, you can watch the entire thing online. More after the fold.
