Open-enrollment for Oregon's Health Care exchange, Cover Oregon, has been extended to April 30, 2014.
From Governor Kitzhaber's press release on 3/26/14:
“I know that for too many Oregonians, the Cover Oregon website and its ongoing technical problems have created delays, confusion, and frustration,” said Governor Kitzhaber. “I worked with Secretary Sebelius to give Oregonians more opportunity to secure health care coverage and get the financial help they deserve.”

Kawaii things not only make us happier, but also affect our behavior. This study shows that viewing cute things improves subsequent performance in tasks that require behavioral carefulness, possibly by narrowing the breadth of attentional focus.
