A copycat poem:
Olbermann is the cruelest host, telling
Truth in the barren media, mixing
Humor and facts, stirring
Democratic yearning over pain.
O'Reilly kept us warm, covering
Truth with easy lies, feeding
Us points disguised as No Spin.
Olbermann surprised us, coming over from Fox
With his show each night; he rained on Fox's parade,
And turned from heretics, into the Kosgarten,
There we drank coffee, and talked for hours.
While Bush and his people alienated the world.
And as America fully starves, and was spied by spooks,
Our own, Keith took them to the woodshed,
And I was frightened. He said, listen,
Listen, hold on tight. And down we went.
Knowing truth, there you feel free.
We watch, during the night, and wait for the end of winter.
