A bogus tweet from the Associated Press claiming that there were two exposions at the White House caused the stock market to briefly tumble just after 1pm EDT today. NBC news is saying that the AP has called the tweet 'bogus' but is not saying anything else at this time.
The Dow Jones Average dropped from around 14,700 to 14,554 before recovering as fast as it dropped.

On Sunday's Meet the Press, David Gregory held up a high capacity magazine when interviewing the NRA's Wayne LaPierre. According to the article, MTP had requested permission to have the high capacity magazine, which are banned in DC, on the show but they were denied.
Mass. State Police Trooper Scott Walker helped deliver a baby girl early Sunday morning. The baby was born in the back seat of her parents car when she decided not to wait until they got to the hospital.

On Friday there was a front page story about a town hall meeting with Rep. Jim Renacci (R-OH). A constituant at that meeting asked, what I think to be, a very important question.
