The Republican have numbers that I'm sure have shown the trend toward Obama in many swing states, as well as nationally. They also know they are in trouble in local elections and statewide offices. We've seen an erratic campaign swing from suspending a campaign to lead in a financial crisis, to attacking on everything an anything they can get ahold of. None of it has worked. All seems lost, so what is one to do? Change the game...

If challenged in court, can the Republicans steal the elction AGAIN?

I know by now we have seen a million references online and in the media about  Gov. Palin's email being hacked. It has been attributed to leftists and soon the Obama campaign. In looking at the pages on and the reaction from the McCain campaign, it's fairly evident that this was a fake. Why would they fake this? Well, any number of reasons.

  1. To elicit sympathy for Palin by having her privacy invaded.
  1. To throw hackers off the trail of her real personal account.
  1. A great excuse as to why she cannot produce emails in regards to troopergate. If the evidence is tainted or "erased" by hackers, she is safe.

Why do I think this? Follow me...

I'm watching the news right now, and guess what is on the air. "Lipstickgate." thats right, this non story is what is domminating the cycle. Not the sleazy sex-ed ad from McCain, not the Bridge to nowhere Lie, not questions on McCain attacking lobbyists but having his campaign run by them, nor my favorite McCains involvment in the Keating 5 scandal. How about even McCain cheating on his wife who waited for him as a POW with Cindy?

Yup, none of that is getting hammered home. The Obama campaign is on its heels, obviously weighing how to approach this. They are worried about Palin and sexism, but guess what, when you take your sweet time, you lose ground, and their narative is what takes hold. It's what the dems have done the last few elections, then decide to get mad and fight back, but it's way too late.

This Dem has had enough, to quote a great movie (Network)

(please see this movie, and think, newscorp). I'm gonna take action, and you should too.

Mathew 15:15-18  Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

(KJV because a lot of fundy's won't accept anything else)

Basically, we are to correct each other when someone sins against us, not out of hate, anger or what have you, but to bring them back into community. It's time though, to do this, to hold those on the right accountable for sins, and correct or rebuke as needed. Why you ask???

Proverbs 31:8 Speak out for those who cannot speak, for the rights of all the destitute

I'm noticing a phenomenon in newspaper letters to the editor and online boards, any facts presented about McCain or Palin are dismissed as liberal lies. If you do not have the exact citation of where you got the story, it means nothing, and it's time that we all have quick easy access to these news stories from mainstream, reputable news sources that most people are likely to see as fair. It's not going to do us a bit of good to cite Huffington or Kos to many people, because these are FAR LEFT LOON sites, full of communists and dragons and other scary things. How can we go about this? Mea Culpa! and GAME ON!

by kingdomemariner

The day before yesterday, I wrote a diary entitled the "Kossack Kompact." I tried to rally the troops to play nice, and boy was I wrong. I read the comments, and yes I Was PWNED. It was clear over and over how wrong I was. I've learned and now reworked how I will go after this, and hope others will as well...In honor of the greatest moment of the West Wing, I call my new outlook, "Game On"

Cindy McCain: Terrorist?

by kingdomemariner

Thats right, I busted out the Cavuto. It is with shock I report to you that the wife of Senator John McCain is not only complacent in crimes against humanity, but actively helps these crimes take place on a daily basis. What crime you ask? Here comes the jump.

We have just been owned folks. We just got owned bad. It's out on Drudge,, and every other right wing site, and will soon hit more mainstream outlets. I'm talking about the accusations that someone on this site made about Sarah Palin faking her last pregnancy. This fake story has allowed the real story of her daughter's pregnancy to skate by as a byline on being attacked previously by hateful left wing loons. Sadly, we are now discredited, and dismissed, and will have to work 10x harder to get anything we truly uncover (REAL stories) into other news sources. The blame for this has already been placed on Senator Obama by McCain's people, even though he of course had not do with it. We cannot allow this to happen again. It's time for us to create a compact (Kossack Kompact if you will) on these types of diaries.

Can we make this happen?

I came across some great snippets from Sarah Palin's Hometown Newspaper.

[EDIT] There is an online version of this local paper, with a searchable archive, despite what was reported on Huffington Post earlier.
The Frontiersman's Searchable Archive

I posted 4 stories

  1. the first deals with her partisan politics and ideology, and how it influenced her hiring/firings.
  1. The second story deals with "troopergate" but provides evidence of audiotapes and the fact that her husband was directly involved.
  1. This one is about using her mayoral office for campaign functions when she ran for lt. gov. the city claimed this wasn't illegal, but she STILL stuck the good citizens with the bill for her campaign expenses.

4.Finally, the good old right wing barn-burner...eminent domain!!!! Palin was a driving force to declare it and thus buil. Hey, conservatives, your right wing darling declared eminent domain for a sports complex. It cost the town tons of money and legal fees, but she got what she wanted and STOLE property from someone (as you would say), how you like them apples?

I know we have an official website, and we have common sense, Wikipedia, books, brains, etc, but none of these are enough to fight the smears. We must first get the smear from the source of Fox News and Right Wing Talk Radio. Only when we do this can we truly talk to those influenced by these rumors.

Help Us Stop Laura Ingraham

by kingdomemariner

The American Kennel Club is hosting a poll on what dog the Obama family should get. In typical right-wing radio host fashion, Ingraham has urged her viewers and listeners to vote for the poodle. How about we wipe that stupid smirk off her face?

Friday April 28th's airing of the "best" of Brian and the Judge had a wonderful segment on the capture of an Al-Qaeda operative. These aren't exact quotes(hence no quotation marks), so I'm paraphrasing here. Mr. Kilmeade was of course overjoyed and presented the event as a grand victory, one that can unite the country. USA, USA, USA! The topic then shifted to interrogation. Brian began to talk faster, and more energetic as he attacked McCain, Bush and everyone else who allowed a law that would limit the tools some deem to be torture, this included limiting the patriot act. When it comes to someone who would kill us all Brian exclaimed, I saw do whatever it takes, go ahead, torture them, use water boarding, sleep deprivation, do anything to get that information.
