How can I prove Proven Criminal Acts (false bills) by Sterling Ct. assessors , and others , across state lines , to my home in West Warwick R.I. I have lived or owned this house since 1974 . In Sterling , Ct , on Jul/ 2/2001 , at 10:38 AM , a large area of land, 98 ½ acres of land , was now mine . The location of this land is Porter Pond Road , and the frontage is 2,500 feet +/- . There are many “Sterling Ct “ assessors (3 people) that I have asked 3 times in the last 3 months , (by email) with no answer . So now , the one question I have asked is very easy to read and understand . On Nov/2/2016 , your “auction” began . This is from the Sterling Ct. assessors lawyer group , pullman+comley , 850 Main St. , Bridgeport , Ct. , 06674 . The person working for this group is adam j. cohen , a lawyer I assume . On this day , I only owed the first half of a 2 part bill , REAL ESTATE TAX BILL 2016 . The last land tax bill was paid in full on Jan/13/2016 , principle paid , $4,079.88 (2 - ½ bills paid). The interest paid for the 2 half sections was $214 .19 , was paid in cash , and was signed and stamped by a Sterling , Ct. assessors , in the assessors office. So why was my land been auctioned off ? I only owed the first half of a 2 part bill . To this day , no one in Sterling , CT assessors office (email) , or adam j. cohen , the assessors law work and others . The end result is that on Dec/13/2017 , I had to pay $33,552.79 , to pay a bill I did not owe . Now , maybe someone can ask the Sterling Ct assessors office , if someone only owes the first half of a 2 part bill , can the land be auctioned off ?
