    It doesn't feel anything.

    A branch doesn't makes loans independently of the rest of the corporation. They draw from a shared asset pool. If branch 1 loses money to loan, the other 10,000 branches front the capital for the loan if the loan looks like a good loan to make.

    Sorry, this isn't hurting Bank of America in the slightest.

    And some people are still pissed off that an institution that is literally in the business of morality has for decades allowed the molestation of boys, and covered it up, and enabled it. I know that doesn't sit well with some people. It kinda blows a big whole in their little pipe dream that they get to live forever in perfect land, and I know that's psychologically hard to cope with. But seriously, an inconsequential $4M withdraw doesn't even begin to put them back on positive moral ground.

    The obvious answers are wrong. That's why we aren't doing them already.
