    Raw incident rates have been steady at ~20/year for more than 3 decades, while the population has climbed 37% in that time.

    That means the per capita rates have dropped about a percent a year.

      Too bad the extremists have fought to make sure those ~20 a year have as much firepower as possible, so they can kill more people per incident than they could before.

        Debate us on the facts please.

        victims has also remained steady, on average, over that 30 year period (with the obviously large year-to-year fluctuations seen in small number statistics).
