    By literally killing those who cannot afford safe food, I guess.

      this recall as well as others like the pet food recall is that buying more expensive food is no guarantee that you're getting something safer than you would if you went on the cheap.  It isn't like Cliff Bars are the low rent district for energy bars at all.  Nor was that spinach or are the Boathouse Farms products that had a problem either.  That is particularly bothersome in a way because you are led to believe that you are getting a certain level of quality and care in certain brands and as it turns out they're buying their ingredients from the same place that the institutional food sellers are who sell at a fraction of the price per ounce.  I am not saying that there should be a price for safety, but I am saying that it is even more insulting to think that people are paying higher prices and getting the same product in the end.
