    Voice vote.

    Who knows if it had 2/3rds support.

      margin whether they do nor not. Last night, the temporary speaker called out not only an affirmative vote, but a two thirds vote when no voices were heard calling out at all, and trying to rush the matter through, without support. With temporary speakers like that, I wonder if there is a rule for Rs that says Rs win all votes there unless an ayes and nays is called for. I do think so. If all voters who do not vote in a union election are deemed to have voted no, perhaps all nonvoters and those not present are assumed to have voted yes.
