  •  The tea baggers never even existed when Bush (0+ / 0-)

was in power. Interesting, don't you think. He ran up the debt more than any other President, turned a surplus into a deficit, funded two wars, and kept them out of the budget, and pushed through an unfunded Prescription drug bill, where the hell were the "partriotic tea baggers" then. I will tell you they were all applauding the idiot for keeping us all safe by invading a country that had nothing to do with the attacks on 9/11. If you ask them this question, they will say, they weren't happy with what Bush did, but Obama only escalated the mess with the Stimulus spending and the HCR bill. When the President says, it is all politics, he is right on point, except he forgets to add, it is also all bullshit on the part of "the patriotic tea baggers".  America does spend too much, but it doesn't, especially in this sluggish economy, take in enough revenues, and big oil and the rest will not pitch in their fair share to help out. Additionally they have seen to it the Republicans in Congress have signed a pledge to not even dare to ask them to help out. I don't even want to address the role these corporations have played in job creation. To be fair they have created many jobs, just not here in American. It is time for them to step up to the plate, and unless they bring jobs back to the U.S.A. be forced to pay higher taxes until they do. The highest corporate tax rate my ass. Who in the world beleives that when it was front page news in April, that G.E. paid no taxes at all. The last time I checked G.E. was very much a corporation, and one that has once again agreed to send jobs overseas.  If the tea baggers are so damn patriotic, perhaps they should target their attacks towards these corporate traitors, not at the sitting President. They don't because most of these corporations are run by rich white men and the country is lead by an African American man, so to say there is not an element of racism in their movement is not beleivable. They also don't because it is these very corporations whose funding makes their movement possible. They have sold their souls to the corporate devil, and one day down the road he will come back to collect.
