    But the forced-birth gambit is risky because so many people probaby wonder if they got here that way.

    But absolutely, kids should be wanted and welcomed and if they can't be, then we should seriously not impose the consequences of being neither on them. That is NOT "pro-life." It's cruel.

      I really care more about the human grief of having governments pretend they own our bodies.

      But, I had meant to give an example of a judo like thought train I've used on the fraudulent claim that preventing abortion funding is a righteous cost cutter.  

      It really forces taxpayers to pay huge sums for many years -- because those unwilling parents can't or won't.

      It is penny wise and pound foolish.  Similar to cutting public education funds.  Education makes more money sense than incarceration.   A few years of high cost education -- prevents a lifetime loss of a working taxpayer -- and huge dollar costs of prisons.
