    •  Yeah. More people DISAPPROVE of Obama's handling (5+ / 0-)

of the Debt Ceiling Negotiations than APPROVE.

How the hell do think that helps????

This is a crisis I knew had to come, Destroying the balance I'd kept. Doubting, unsettling and turning around, Wondering what will come next.

That chart shows that 71% of Americans disapprove of the Republican's handling of the debt ceiling debate. Yet "progressives" here are trying to focus, and get the media to focus on the 48% of Americans that view Obama in that manner.

That's the point. What's been happening on DKos is not valid criticism of Obama. It is an outright, deliberate, willful misreading of the data.

        •  "Republicans in Congress" aren't running for (0+ / 0-)

President. Except Michelle Bachmann who voted against this Deal. But she doesn't count.

The fact is the vast majority of Americans are against the final deal which greatly takes on the deficit on the backs of average Americans who are already struggling.

Every Republican Presidential candidate has come out against this deal, except Huntsman.

Now, they obviously are against it for the wrong reasons. They'll claim it was an economic failure because it didn't go far enough.

We know that's bullshit. Republicans have won elections on even greater bullshit.

But if the economy is worse in November 2012 than it is today... don't be surprised if they "vote the bum out"

This is a crisis I knew had to come, Destroying the balance I'd kept. Doubting, unsettling and turning around, Wondering what will come next.
