    Another use for it is homemade cheese. Apparently most store-bought milk results in mushy curds due to the pasteurization and homogenization, requiring the addition of calcium chloride which somehow firms things up. I can vouch for that as I've been experimenting with making soft cheese at home and it really does make a difference. Perhaps I should get a cow and move to Mars?
