    ... is not available, people who have been robbed tend to resort to vigilante action and direct violence.

    Question is, whether we can head off a social explosion that leads to mass violence.

        For one thing, once they find out what's going on, local sheriffs and judges are often on the side of the people defrauded by the banks -- and it's a wise move to spend the time getting them on your side!

        One guy (1) won his court case against foreclosure and illegal fees, (2) won damages, and (3) couldn't get Wells Fargo to pay up, so he got a court order and foreclosed on the local branch of Wells Fargo in order to collect on what they owed him.

        Several others have gotten their homes handed to them free and clear by judges incensed by the fraud.
