If one wanted to create something to occupy the headlines while you got your bags packed and your cats fed and your emails deleted, could you have Your People™ finally pull the trigger on a flash mob, something they knew they might want to use someday?
Such a Device would be there like another tool on the kit, along side the smoke bombs, the email hacking software, the drones and their cell phone hacking software, the voice mail hacking equipment, the giant database you bought off of Richard Nixon and the heirs of J.Edger Hoover, plus the Xmas gift NSA database passwerds from Dick Cheney.

As a second Good Thing, if you had, say, a newspaper you could sell more of them, maybe.

If you were being scorned and peed upon by rivals in this newspaper business, could you include in the mob targets your competitors? ("Ooopsie, sorry to hear...but , you know, Those People...")

How about thuggery and even assassinations, always handy to have Those Independent Individuals™ on board and well fed....and maybe lose a few of them in the bloody violent blackmailer with one Seekrit™ is way better than one with 20 Seekrits™ .

And then in the chaos caused by your phony flash mob you could pontificate, Seriously Speaking™ about the need for Better Schools™ also owned by , say, your own self.

And say in your customer base you had fed and watered racists and people dedicated to violence and destruction porn with a smug helping of upper class Superiority(out of ™) .
If your phony flash mob could help promote the idea that the Black Dogs(™also expired) were violent and not worthy of the taxpayers concern and support, and if they also believed that their taxes shouldn't go to help Those People, wouldn't that also be a big plus in their persecuted minorities fight for fairer taxes?

    Couldn't you do that?

It would be such a Win.

    I'm just askin'™

it has been my experience in life, that truth is stranger than fiction... and so, I too, consider all possibilities, especially looking at the big picture and continually asking, "who is going to gain from whatever is going on?"

Good questions.  Now let's go after some answers.
