      should come from or go.  The bursting of the housing bubble in significant ways changed the face of the economy.  But with our crumbling infrastructure, blue collar construction jobs can probably be filled there and not just in home construction.

        we've got them and to spare.  we've also got blue-collar people with no work to spare.  only thing we don't have is money for materials and wages.  the government could fund it and stimulate the economy about three different ways, but never mind--
