      If he's the wuss that I've observed, he won't sign anything. I predict 100% as you.

      But let's not give him the idea to make good pastrami a controlled substance or ban it altogether.

      Remember that colored oleomargarine was banned in America's Dairyland for decades. I know. I grew up in Beloit where bootlegging yellow Blue Bonnet was a profitable business.

      For the youngsters, it wasn't illegal to sell margarine in Wisconsin, but it was illegal if it were artificially colored yellow. So they sold it with a packet of yellow coloring that you had to mix in by hand. That's one reason that it became more fashionable to sell spreads in tubs.

        to Illinois, too.  My dad used to buy a case of margarine just over the state line.  As soon as you crossed into Illinois there were loads of those little stores that sold nothing but cases of margarine.

        There already is class warfare in America. Unfortunately, the rich are winning.
