    Called Paul Blexley said that if you took the Scarman Report, tippexed out the names and just changed the date to sunday it would be relevent to events this week.

    That is a damning indictment on the police and shows that nothing has seriously changed since the 1980's expecially with the anti terror laws that have made some of the police actions in the last few years.

      But there's no doubt that while racism in the police isn't as bad as the 80s, it's still there.
