    They were let in to be watched here, then turned.

    Obviously, that effort was half-baked.

    But if you think that the CIA lacked resources in the U.S. to snatch a pair of amateur terrorists, I suggest a review of such as the Cuban-in-Miami and Iran-Contra histories.

      legally both FBI and Richard Clarke should have been informed.

      But then, we know the CIA violates laws both in this country and elsewhere, often with impunity.

      But now we are on the edge of verboten territory, for example, Mena Arkansas.

      Some time the edges can be seen -  Iran Contra showed us some of it, but only the edges.
