    You will never see the oil industry hire the government to invade a Mid-East country to get at the oil reserves. Oh, wait. Looks like they do it all the time. But the oil industry doesn't actually have to pay for the invasion.

      Fedex) package, that those private companies actually use the USPS.  At first I thought I was mistaken, but on the tracking I actually saw this:

      Aug 4, 2011 5:36 AM   At U.S. Postal Service facility

      So it's not just the military that's serving private corporations.  

      If, in our efforts to win, we become as dishonest as our opponents on the right, we don't deserve to triumph.

        Not that I mind the post office - but if you're going to send it through the post office, don't tell me you're using FedEx.

        You're not.

        And don't CHARGE me FexEx prices either. I know how much it costs to send a package that size. And it's not $15.
