RepubliCON. It's nothing more than a fundraising gimmick for the Rotary club, probably with a nice "kickback" to Ryan. Here are several novel ideas for Rep. Ryan:
    1. Why don't you ask the Rotary to sponsor a town hall WITHOUT serving any food? Then it could be free, and people could actually spend the time asking you questions instead of eating.
    2. Why don't YOU sponsor the town hall using your Congressional budget that was allocated to you for that purpose, INSTEAD of letting the Rotary club "sponsor" the town hall?
Don't look for these common sense ideas to be used - the whole purpose of these sponsored "town halls" is to weed out any "undesirables" who might ask a tough question, and to make Ryan look like he is listening to his constituents without actually having to answer any tough questions.

and give them to those 'undesireables'.

I'd suggest some homeless vets. Preferably in wheelchairs or missing limbs. And female.

Don't have them clean up either.
