    I had was from 2001; the census data from 2011 has not been released yet. That was why I could not make a definitive statement as the data on prisons I had was from this year, but the census data was only from 2001. The pattern is clear in that the percentage of blacks and asians in prison is greater than their percentage in the population; but w/o the latest census data, I can only establish a pattern not an exact statistical comparison. We answered the census at the end of may, so they are probably still compiling information. Send me a private message, so that I will remember to send you the information when it becomes available.
