Please explain how this is unfair.

Yep, they are everywhere.  Oh, they don't call themselves 'greenies' anymore for obvious reasons.  But they are the left of the left, way out in left field.  And they are doing what they do best in events leading up to an important election.  They are telling everyone to take their ball and go home because the Democrat is too similar to the Republican.  There is no difference so why help out the Democrats.  We will not participate until the Democrat party is the true party of the people...perfect in every way.

I know whom is being referred to in this section. Whom I don't know is being referred to would be the figures in these comments, in priceman's rec-listed diary:

Seriously, who needs repugs when we've got (3+ / 0-)
so-called "dems" tearing at solid progressive programs such as medicare with lies and misinformation.

"New Democrats" are really "New Republicans."

(And it's "who", being subjective, not objective.)

Shakespeare used "more better." And when I sleep for 4 hours, I really don't give a shit, especially when you can't even read. The use of "participate" might be debatable, but there's no shortage of people here who've said that they either won't help Democrats in campaign, or won't even vote for them.

        •  Shakespeare was on sound grammatical ground. (0+ / 0-)

As for helping Democrats, I just wrapped up dedicating a large chunk of the last few months of my life to help a Democratic candidate here in Wisconsin, not because he's a Democrat, but because he's a good person. This in spite of the Democratic Party's insistence that their candidate not be soiled by a close association with unions, progressives, or other dirty left-wing trash, like me. I bit my tongue and did it their way.

          That Democrat lost.
