      Believe me, when something noteworthy warrants praise, I am happy to give it, even to the point of seeking out the responsible person's supervisor. I am also willing to point out deficiencies and work with people to get them solved. One aspect of this "survey" approach seems to be that only anonymous input should be part of their "metrics".

        I complain when I am treated badly, but as quick as I am to complain that is as quick as I am to praise a job well done. If the survery was that valuable why the hell is it anonymous? Wouldn't you want to sign your name to complaints or praise, I know I would. If the survery was, in a hotel for example, how much did you like the soap and shampoo in the shower, that would make more sense to me.
