      liability for stock holders. My intention was to say that we should more often sieze all the assets that are subject to liability, before we spend vast public funds to protect the firms from bankruptcy as we did in the case of the banks in 2008, 2009.

        Why should "capital" get a free pass while "labor" has their neck on the line?

        IMO, this is one of the core reasons this planet is F'ed up right now and civilization is structured the way it is.

        Do you really believe that the people who redistribute the chit sheets created of prior labor can "invest" in current endeavors without ramifications of those endeavors, while those currently trying to actually do something today carry all the liability?  Do you realize how imbalanced that is?  

        I urge you to consider shareholder liability as well.
