If nothing else, would he help downballot, like in the SD-35 race?

I'm going to need a SWAT team ready to mobilize, street-level maps covering all of South Florida, a pot of coffee, twelve jammie dodgers and a fez.

for this one is not to prevent Griffin from winning. That's all but impossible. The thing is to make sure Griffin doesn't build up warchests, and not be attacked for all the horrible things he's done ahead of 2014, when he'll run for Senate. Hays or Halter would lose, but they would make Griffin expend his money, and that's what we want.

And yes, it would definitely help SD-35 (Conway), and SD-34 (North Little Rock).

        •  Slightly OT, but you said that (1+ / 0-)

Dems just needed to contest SD-5 and thus they would max out their opportunities.  Have they done that yet?  Also, which are the one or two conservative districts that Republicans may not even contest?

            Brian Hathorn is considering running.

There are several races, primarily in Southern Arkansas that depend on whether a particular Republican candidate get in. There is one race (SD-10), which also happens to be the second most Republican district a Democratic incumbent is in that they might not even challenge... yeah that's the Arkansas GOP for you.
