  •  Disaster preparedness is crucial, (0+ / 0-)

but only for Wichita, Kansas.  If you need to cut disaster preparedness as part of our austerity program, cut it in Richmond, Virginia and other, less significant regions of the nation, but not in Wichita, the home of the Koch brothers.

Not only am I concerned about the financial condition of the Kochs' family fortune, I'm also watching out for their personal safety.  They need to be alive and well to enjoy the extra billions that American politicians are helping them earn.  What good does it do them to reinforce the infrastructure in Baltimore when the Kochs are in Wichita?

I'll not sleep soundly at night until every skyscraper in Wichita is earthquake-proof, tornado-proof, and hurricane-proof.  They don't get many hurricanes in Kansas, but why take chances?
