    ever ask if they can afford it.  The convict them and sent them to jail and if the conviction is civil, then everything you have is liquidated until the penalty is satisfied. BofA is a corporation(and a person according to the Supreme Court) why should they be treated differently.

      to all of BoA's bond holders? You are talking about the bankruptcy of BoA. Would it be Lehman all over again? BoA is much bigger than Lehman, so wouldn't it just be much worse?
