    who suggested the unique concept of 'personal responsibility' at DK tends to get called a rightwing troll by certain people.

    And yes, she was my friend and an I knew her well, it fit into her spiritual path!!!

    I did NOT condemn her, I stated a fact, and I did NOT accuse poor people who couldn't afford mammograms of being ignorant or lazy or whatever and that if they didn't have mammograms it was their own fault.

    You are broadening a personal anecdote, which since you appear to have mis-construed what I said, either deliberately or unintentionally, I suggest you forget I said anything.

    This is not about you Dr. Bloodworth, and was not intended to insult you or accuse you..

    And Yes, I agree that a degree of personal responsibility is advisable but i disagree that the government is discouraging people from doing it. In fact President Obama's administration is quite high on the concept of personal responsibility, and is often accused of being insensitive to people desperation because of it..
