    With a $2,500 deductible, at age 55-59, a non-smoker, my payments would be $606/mo. If I wanted a $500 deductible plan, it would be $1,199/mo. These rates are simply not affordable for me. Washington monthly premiums.

    So if you were to ask me why a large portion PCIP money hasn't been spent I would simply point to cost. Truly, I'm happy for everyone who can afford these rates and just as truly I curse every politician-democrat or republican-who thinks this solved or mostly solved the problem.
