    that evidences that an HR was given as part of some sort of team-effort is bannable on site. We should at least have as a foundation that every person be individually responsible for deciding when and where to leave an HR.

        Why is there a need to do it in a coordinated fashion? If someone wants to hunt trolls, then they can do so. But do they need to organize with their "friends" to do so?
