    general audacity, though.   I would really never think to suggest to my state legislature that they add a universally required course in 2011!  And an opinion course at that!

      thinking like a billionaire.  When you are a multi-billionaire, things that you want in your own petty life start to seem really superhuman important on the planet, and your money makes you think that anything you in your petty life might want to see happen anywhere in the world, is do-able and reasonable.

      That's one more thing to add to my long list of small problems. --my son, age 10

          This kind of thinking has worked for elites throughout history. The Mayan elite, the elite of Easter Island, the elite of pre-Revolutionary France immediately come to mind.
