    that says we should look at certain sectors of our economy as huge opportunities to become less productive. That is, I think certain sectors are producing huge surpluses that we simply can't ever use. We don't really see them as economic "surpluses" because they're either buried in our waistlines, landfills, the air, or other places that we don't associate with unnecessary output.
