If you're a republican then this is progress.

People shouldn't fear their government. They should fear the corporations that own their government.

      ...not even Republicans.

And Romney has already signaled that he's going to use China against President Obama, were he to get the nod.

Romney has vowed to call China a currency manipulator and immediately slap a tariff on Chinese-made goods.

Meanwhile, year after year, President Obama continues to embark on study after study to ascertain whether China is manipulating its currency, to the detriment of the US worker.

We've got a little initiative here in WI. Forget its name right now, but they've provided the "intellectual" basis for Scott Walker's regime.

Their "study" shows that WI is not competitive. Why? Because we have higher average wages and higher union membership rates than Alabama, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana... and we need to get ourselves in line with these states. Pretty soon they'll be comparing us with the states of Sonora, Chihuahua and Cuahuila?

WMC (Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce, the state arm of the US Chamber of Commerce) repeatedly brings "job creators" forward claiming that the prevailing wages are too high.

I'm not even going to address your Romney vs. Obama critique.

Romney is going to do anything about China?

That is all just campaign nonsense.

ran on saying we need to "lower labor costs" to compete with China.
