    that you prove anything. I can certainly understand why you'd feel unhappy about the level of civility here.

    For what it's worth, I try to deal with that by mainly avoiding the flamefests.

      of controversy arise.  That is where the most tolerance ought to be present.  Social convention can make it even worse.
