    and local pressure from the bottom up in the states that need aid, mayors and county commissioners, state reps and senators, governors, call, complain, demand that they demand that the US House of Representative members in their states provide relief now and without offsets that kill jobs and further hurt the economy.   Be obvious, it is just about House Republicans wanting to make the economy worse to win an election, and not caring how many American citizens they hurt, leaving the people homeless and jobless.

      by keeping people unemployed and destroying safety net type programs. This crop of Tea Party Republics also really, really hates anyone who is not one of their fat cat campaign contributors (or at leasr is well paid for saying so publicly).

      They would push trickle down until there is nothing left to trickle, and no one left down there for it to benefit. (And only then would they learn that the last ones whose jobs were destroyed by their policies were themselves, because  when they own everything the ultra wealthy will just hire a manager, and do away with all of this democracy bull shit.)

      There can be no protection locally if we're content to ignore the fact that there are no controls globally.
