    But two cubic meters is large.  Very large.   And if it's solid liquid, it's also dreadfully heavy.  

    Earlier you made the comment that Americans will willingly drive larger cars... there's some truth to that, but there's also a large set of "only ifs" as well.  I personally find larger vehicles very difficult to manage (I drive a Honda Accord on a daily basis and it's just right).  Anything much larger than that makes me nervous to drive, because it isn't as nimble or responsive.  Lugging around 2,000 KG of water will make any vehicle that much difficult to steer as well.  And is any part of this flammable...?

    Keep your religion out of my government.
