  •  I'm doubtful that the FL law will do that much (0+ / 0-)

    but it should a least prevent some of the worst abuses.

      Iowa has a history of producing fairly reasonable districts, but their system isn't perfect either. I wish the answer was easy.

      So I was at a concert the other night, and the performer says at one point: "I was born in 1980... So I've lived my whole life in postmortem America."
