  •  Temping or outsourcing? (0+ / 0-)

Temping is very important to businesses who need to adjust to the ebb and flow of demand - both demand variations that are outside their control (such as seasonal variation) and those within their control (such as running special offers that create temporary demand spikes). To eliminate it would be devastating to a lot of businesses.

Outsourcing is also very important. Do you really want to require your dentist to hire  their own cleaning person, deal with all that hassle of replacing that person or hiring a temp (oops... I forgot we don't believe in temps) when the cleaning person is sick? Personally, I'd much rather my dentist spent her time dentisting than recruiting and qualifying cleaning people.

Or, when you want to add on to your warehouse, do you really think YOU should be required to do the contracting instead of outsourcing the job to a contracting firm?

I think perhaps you wanted to swing a lighter club than you assert?
