    is of a railroad.  Private enterprise is the locomotive.  However, without consumers there is no point having the locomotive go anywhere and without rails (e.g. laws and regulation) the locomotive can't go anywhere.  This is what the right libertarians forget when the exalt Galtian entrepreneurs.
