Years ago I worked for the sales manager of a famous bakery.  I got a call from the secretary of a CEO who wanted to know the absolute closest place to his office where we delivered.  I read off every grocery we served in that side of town, and none was close enough.  I was young and naive, so I lowered my voice and said sympathetically, "if your boss has mobility issues, Grocery X does deliver, which is a great help for customers who are older or otherwise mobility-challenged." The secretary laughed and said he wasn't disabled, just unwilling and she'd probably end up picking it up for him.
