    Bank of America is not a person. Persons have rights. Bank of America is a corporation. Corporations have responsibilities. "For profit" corporations like Bank of America has only one responsibility: to make a profit. If it chooses not to, the board of directors replaces management. If the board of directors chooses not to replace management, stockholders replace the board (in a perfect world).
