it is a peaceful mob and that is what is unnerving the 1%.  What do you do with a peaceful mob that is taking a stand?

By taking a peaceful nonviolent stand we are not lowering ourselves to their level and not fulfilling their expectations of the rabble they think we are.  We are asking for change, we come in peace, we ask peacefully, and this is how change comes that is lasting.

We are holding up a mirror for the 1% to see themselves as they actually are.

Tea Party people openly carrying guns to protest the President are just participating constituents who are concerned for their own personal safety.  No double standard there!  Nothing to see here, just move along.

The gun carrying tea party poses a threat whereas OWS poses change.  The tea party only has the threat of violence to take power for themselves, and this kinda of thinking is getting dated.  I think people are sick of threats, humiliation, intimidation, and authoritarian control (especially with guns).  Violence is not dialogue and resolution.
