    first thing about what worth means.

    In the economic sense, things are worth what their purchaser will pay for them. If I'm choosing to either purchase your time or a plumber's time when I have a broken toilet, I can certainly say that to me, a plumber's time is worth more.

    Productivity is not just doing manual tasks. Why's there this big emphasis here on sweat? Sweat stinks! Bill Gates doesn't have to sweat because what he offers to society is far more important than a few turnips he personally digs up. He was a founder of the PC, an ancestor of the computer you're probably using right now. His stuff has helped billions of people. That's productivity in my book. Good luck trying to have that kind of impact digging up turnips.

    The obvious answers are wrong. That's why we aren't doing them already.
