    Eliot Spitzer to head CFPB? I don't know about Cordray but wall streeters don't love Spitzer which is an excellent qualifier to me.

      of a political lightning rod. Cordray has a good track record of protecting consumers when he was Ohio AG, he has the backing of the next junior senator from Massachusetts Elizabeth Warren and he's already made it past the Senate Banking Committee (as of yesterday).
