Some of these beliefs just totally baffle me.  I also had a "discussion" with a buddy of mine and tried to make the point that abortion is legal and as such, people...women...have the constitutional right in America to choose what happens to their body.  Her argument was that a fetus doesn't have the "right" to choose...and, although that's correct, it isn't the issue.  What people do in their own bedroom or what people do with regard to their own body is THEIR choice.

Take the lady that is diagnosed with breast cancer.  If she decides to let it go its course, that's HER choice.  No, I might not like it that she is choosing to end her life, but that's HER choice.  A fetus, to me, is part of a woman's body.  I'll believe that so long as I shall exist...and I do understand that the fundies think that a fetus is a human from the moment the man gets that glimmer in his eye.

This abortion issue is rapidly becoming something that even the majority in our country is becoming to understand.  I'd LOVE to get a count on how many anti-abortion advocates that have had abortions themselves.  I'd bet my farm it would be an immense number.

    - If you don't like gay marriage, blame straight people. They're the ones who keep having gay babies.
