    implementation privatized. Labor Unions have always been the hadest fighters in this area, so a law should allow organized labor to form special non-profits designed solely to investigate and report labor law violations, and to do so while operating with government grants. Private sector "competition" should not be allowed.

    Can you imagine companies racing to comply if they thought that the alternative was to have an investigator with a union connection authorized to look into their labor/business practices?

    There can be no protection locally if we're content to ignore the fact that there are no controls globally.
